Volunteers Make a Big Difference
Each year, GRDC organizes hundreds of volunteers for a variety of neighborhood clean up and
beautification projects. We work with individual residents as well as organized groups such as youth groups, church
groups, university students, and businesses.
Whether they are cleaning up a vacant lot, painting over graffiti in an allyway, or planting
trees and flowers, volunteers can take pride in knowing that they are making a real difference in the life of our community.

Graffiti Busters
GRDC organizes volunteers on a regular basis to paint over and remove graffiti from our commercial
areas. Our Graffiti Busters program has reduced graffiti to a manageable problem. We even own our own power washing
equipment to remove graffiti from unpainted brick and masonry walls.
