GRDC is a non-profit, charitable organization supported by grants and donations. We work to make the Grandmont Rosedale neighborhood an even better place to live, work and raise a family.

GRDC relies on the financial support of many individuals to achieve our goals. There are many ways to give. Donations of any size are welcome and your donation is tax deductible.

Make a Donation

Donate on line using a credit or debit card with our secure Network for Good System.

If you prefer, you can also make a credit card donation over the phone with your VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card. Just call Cathy Marks at 313-387-GRDC (4732) ext.105. You can even authorize an automatic or recurring donation on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

Neighborhood Legacy Fund

By contributing to the GRDC Neighborhood Legacy Fund, GRDC's permanent endowment fund, you can make a donation to our community that will literally last forever. An endowment fund is designed to have its principal grow over time, while paying out a percentage of the fund's asset value each year to support the work of GRDC.

Our fund has been established at the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan. As such your gift may also qualify for a special Michigan tax credit. Your $400 gift may cost you as little as $56 after taxes.

Donate Your Used Car

Do you have an old car you would like to get rid of but don't want to be bothered with the hassle of selling a used car? Why not donate it to GRDC and take a deduction off of your taxes? Donating a used car to GRDC is as easy as picking up the phone and calling Charity Motors at 313-255-1000. Tell Charity Motors that you would like to name GRDC as the beneficiary of your donation. They'll handle the rest - they'll even pick your car up.

Make a Planned Gift to GRDC

Planned giving is a term that describes a whole range of giving options that go beyond simply writing a check. These can be anything from including GRDC in your will, to making gifts of stock or other assets, to setting up a Charitable Gift Annuity. This kind of giving is not as complicated as it sounds and can often provide substantial tax benefits to the donor.
