GRDC is working to revitalize the Grand River business
district between Evergreen and Asbury Park. Our goal is to create a lively and attractive shopping district for
the benefit of customers and business owners alike.
We are one of only eight districts selected by the City of Detroit for participation in
the Re$tore Detroit Program to promote neighborhood business development.

Facade Improvement Program
Our Facade Improvement Program helps businesses located within the Grand River business district upgrade
the appearance of their storefronts. Grants and funds are available on a matching basis for items such as new signage,
awnings, exterior lighting, new windows and more.
Space FOR LEASE in GRDC Business Center
Our GRDC Business Center building (pictured at right), located at 19550-19566 Grand River, currently has
high quality rental space available at an affordable price. Spaces range from 200 to 1,000 square feet. High
visibility location. Current tenants include Rosedale Eye Care, Accounting Aid Society, CEED, and Allstate Insurance.
